Returns and Exchanges

Return/Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted for new product has not been used outside (has no sign of wear) and is in original packaging, you are welcome to return the product for a full refund or exchange. We do not charge a restocking fee. Product must be purchased or Order # from Globber Scooters USA directly, within 30 days of return or exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is approved, a full refund, less the original shipping cost, will be credited. In the case of a defect, please follow warranty procedures. You must receive approval before shipping a return back.

 

How to Request a Return/ Exchange

We know how much of a pain returns and exchanges are, and we want to get the issue solved as soon as possible! The quickest way to request a return or exchange is to send the following information via email to info@globberscootersusa.com

  • Your name, address, phone number
  • Name of item wanting to return
  • Why you are returning the item
  • What you are exchanging the product for (if applicable)
  • Proof of purchase or order # (email receipt or photo of receipt accepted)

To expedite your return, please receive approval before shipping back a return or exchange! If we get a package with only a name, we have to research where it came from and what we need to do with it, which only lengthens the return/exchange process.

Please assure all information is included and correct to ensure your return is properly handled. Globber Scooters USA will not be held liable for any items returned without proper authorization. We strongly suggest shipping product back signature required because we will not be held liable for any lost or stolen items.

How to Qualify for a Return/ Exchange

You must be the original owner and able to provide proof of purchase or Order # from Globber Scooters USA. Product must be unused and in new condition, in original packaging. Purchase must have been made 30 days prior to return or exchange request.

 

Incorrect Product Shipped

If you received incorrect product, please email us at info@globberscootersusa.com. 

 

What to Expect with a Return

We are unable to issue a credit before we receive the product back at our office. You should receive a response within 1-2 business days from when the product has been delivered.  You will be notified of either your return approval or if we have any questions or concerns. If approved, a full refund less the original shipping cost will be credited. We do not charge a restocking fee! Credit post times vary based on your credit card company or bank. Please contact them for questions on when the funds will post back to your account.

 

What to Expect with an Exchange

We are unable to process an exchange until we receive the product back at our office. You should receive a response within 1-2 business days from when the product has been delivered. If approved, your new product will be shipped out between 1-2 business day and arrive 5-7 business days from date of shipping. Tracking information is available upon request. 

 

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee.

 

Expedited Exchange

Globber Scooters USA will not send out any product for an exchange without first receiving the returned items. If you need your exchange item faster, you will need to place a new order for the product and return the unwanted product from the original. If all return/exchange guidelines are met, Globber Scooters USA will issue a refund for the original items once they arrive.

 

Holiday Extended Policy

Like everyone else, we start shopping for Christmas presents on Black Friday too. Any purchases made between November 15th and December 24th qualify for our extended holiday return/exchange policy. The 30-day return/exchange policy begins Christmas Day, assuming that is the day the present is opened. Remember, Globber Scooters USA only accepts returns/exchanges for new product that has not been used, in original packaging.
